Artificial Intelligence is already an integral part of the processes, products, and services of many organizations, but its use in the European Union is no longer confined to an exclusively technological context: the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Regulation) establishes a new legal framework that imposes obligations based on the type of system, the level of risk, and the role played by each organization.

And the AI Regulation is no longer just a regulation for the future. As of August 2, 2026, the Regulation is generally applicable, and European and national authorities have begun to exercise their supervisory and enforcement powers. Some obligations have been in effect since 2025, while certain requirements related to high-risk AI systems have additional transition periods.

This webinar is designed to help you understand the AI Regulation from the ground up and translate its requirements into a practical roadmap for any organization that develops, markets, integrates, or simply uses artificial intelligence systems.

During this webinar, we will address compliance through three key stages:

  1. Identifying and classifying AI systems, determining which solutions exist within the organization, what role the organization plays in relation to the AI Regulation, and what level of risk corresponds to each system.
  2. An analysis of applicability and gaps, identifying the applicable regulatory obligations and the differences between the organization’s current situation and the requirements of the Regulation.
  3. Implementation and maintenance of compliance, establishing processes, responsibilities, controls, documentation, and evidence that enable the continuous management of AI and demonstrate compliance to third parties or authorities.

We will also analyze the actual timeline for the AI Regulation’s implementation in September 2026, distinguishing between requirements that are already enforceable and those that will take effect later, including the new deadlines established for certain high-risk AI systems.

Why Should You Attend?

The entry into force of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Regulation) makes compliance a priority for any organization that uses AI.

In this webinar, you’ll learn practical ways to identify your obligations, assess risks, and define a clear roadmap for adapting to the new regulatory framework.
