ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor

This is an intensive 5-day course based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000:2005 Information Technology - Service Management. The calibre of your lead auditor is crucial to the performance of your audit and implantation team, and ultimately to the success of your management system. This comprehensive five-day course provides hands-on training to ensure that your lead auditor thoroughly understands the role and acquires the expertise needed to perform it effectively.

Requirements

Experience in service management and experience related to management in information technology area.

33 hours + 2 exam hours

Dates

  • From February 20th to 24th, 2012 (9:00 to 17:00; exam will take place on course last day).

Trainers

The teachers of the course ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor are official teachers of BSI and membres of the consultancy team of Internet Security Auditors and colaborators of different certification bodies in the standard ISO/IEC 27001.

The course is conducted in spanish, the exam in spanish.
